Please make sure that you are using these settings for your mail client
Incoming Mail Server: metroxxx.hostmetro.com
* (Replace 'xxx' with the server number you are on. If you do not know what server number you are on, please ask a support agent.)
Incoming Server Port (IMAP): 993 or (POP): 995
Username: username@yourdomain.com
Password: password for that email account
Outgoing Mail Server: metroxxx.hostmetro.com
* (Replace 'xxx' with the server number you are on. If you do not know what server number you are on, please ask a support agent.)
Outgoing Server Port (SMTP): 465 or (2626)
Username: username@yourdomain.com
Password: password for that email account
** SSL should be on 100% of the time for metro
**You will want to use authentication for the outgoing mail server.
