Would I be issued a refund if I cancel my account?

We offer all of our customers an unconditional 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. This is applicable to new accounts only and will not be provided for account renewals. You must request cancellation within 30 days of your account being created to receive a refund. Refunds are provided for hosting service only. Renewals, addon features, and domain name registrations are non-refundable.
